Detached and semi-detached houses
Our concept for single-family homes with a separate entrance includes 2-3 story buildings with a living space of 110 – 140 square meters.
The homes are constructed in neighbourhoods consisting of 10 – 40 residences, sold as condominiums or owner-occupied homes.
Each residence has appointments according to our own standard, including solar cells, in-house electricity storage, electric car pool as well as smart-house functionalities.
