Apartment buildings

A sustainable society requires good homes for everyone, and housing shortage is a problem, not least for young people who need to be able to enter the housing market at an affordable price point. The short development timelines of our apartment buildings offer a solution. Our sustainable, smart and secure homes facilitates a good living standard and includes spaces and settings for social interaction.
All feature solar cells, inhouse electricity storage, electric car pool, farming allotments as well as smart-home functions. Our concept is also based on our proprietary building manual, containing flexible design solutions, drawings and material specifications. We are partnered with companies that produce sustainable housing using production-line methods, with a high degree of rationality and to excellent standards of quality. This allows us to go from planning to finished building in an exceptionally short period of time.
The homes in our apartments buildings are sold as condominiums, but can also be developed as tenancies in cooperation with real-estate companies.
